HONEY DRIZZLED PEACH CRUMBLE

Ingredients

For the Peaches

  • 2 large peaches, halved and pitted

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp butter, chilled

  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans

To Finish

  • 2 tbsp honey, warmed for drizzling

  • Optional: Vanilla ice cream, Greek yogurt, or mascarpone

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar and flour. Cut chilled butter into 1/2 inch cubes. Using a fork or a pastry blender, cut butter into sugar mixture until the crumbles form. Gently mix in the pecans.

  3. Spoon the crumble over each peach half, letting it pool into the centers.

  4. Arrange the peach halves cut-side up on lined cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the peaches are tender and the crumble is golden.

  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
